In an effort to recognize Rochester’s outstanding men and young men of color for their excellence, leadership, legacy, talents, commitment and contributions to the Rochester community, I am proud to share with you the creation of the Rochester Black Men Achieve (Roc BMA) Awards program. It is my hope that you will join me in supporting this worthy endeavor to positively impact our city. The 2018 BMA Awards Black Tie Gala, will be held Saturday, January 20, 2018 at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center.
The Awards Gala presents a unique occasion to position your company in front of leading and influential community members and offers an extraordinary opportunity to network and build dynamic relationships with approximately 300 guests from the corporate, non-profit, philanthropic, religious, fraternal and political circles of Rochester’s African American community.
To the right, you will find the Sponsorship Brochure for your consideration. We are proud to say that we have partnered with North East Area Development, Inc. (NEAD) to further our mission of being a grassroots community-building initiative. NEAD is the fiscal agent for the Rochester Black Men Achieve Awards (Roc BMA Awards) and is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization under IRS code 501(c)(3). Your sponsorship contributions may be tax deductible under this provision. Packages are designed to maximize exposure of supporting companies before, during and after the event. In addition to the six sponsorship packages, there are advertising opportunities as well. Furthermore, tables of 10 are available for purchase for $600 and individual tickets for $60.
